Yee Lee Trading Co. Sdn. Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yee Lee Corporation Bhd.has officially signed a distribution agreement with 3M Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

 

The agreement was signed on 21 June 2006 to enable Yee Lee Trading Co. Sdn Bhd. to be the distributor for the resale and distribution of 3M Scotch-Brite products within all states of Peninsular Malaysia for general trade channels. The distribution agreement which commences from 1st July 2006 to 30th June 2007, unless terminated earlier by either party, shall automatically be renewed for a further period of one year.

 

The establishment of the distribution agreement with 3M signals the expansion of the Yee Lee Group of Companies’ distribution channels, and further strengthen its business position at the trade and retail levels. The addition of 3M Scoth-Brite product range to our portfolio is a further step towards delivering our customers unparalleled product quality, superb value and service. Through this distributorship Yee Lee will further enhance its corporate image domestically, regionally and internationally.

 

Through this partnership agreement and close collaboration with 3M Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Yee Lee can tap into 3M’s multinational strategy for improved efficiencies.
